Delivery times to relay points:
All orders placed before6:00 p.m. will be processed the same day, after this time we will process it the next day.
*We strive to meet these conditions as much as possible, unfortunately weather phenomena or the blocking of certain parts of the island can make deliveries impossible. DON'T PANIC, we will not fail to contact you in order to find a suitable solution directly with you.

Delivery times via Colissimo
The amount of deliveries made by Colissimo is calculated according to the weight of your package, from €4.95 (prices as of June 01, 2023)
For shipments outside Saint-Martin, for Martinique, Saint-Barthélémy and Guadeloupe, we undertake to prepare and send your order within two working days. You will then receive a tracking number by email allowing you to track your package in real time.
Eden Shop cannot be held responsible for the consequences due to a delay in delivery.
In all cases, if the package is returned to the sender, a second delivery will be made at the customer's expense.
If the package is again returned to the sender, it will no longer be returned to the customer and the amount corresponding to this order, including any additional delivery costs, will remain acquired by Eden Shop.
No dispute relating to the delivery itself is possible if the package appears to have been delivered, the carrier's register being authentic.
Delivery times are only given as an indication, if they exceed thirty days from the order, the sales contract may be terminated and the buyer refunded.
The buyer is delivered to his home by his postman. In case of absence of the buyer, he will receive a delivery notice from his postman, which will allow him to withdraw the products ordered at the nearest post office, for a period indicated by the postal services. The risks associated with transport are the responsibility of the purchaser from the moment the items leave the premises of Eden Shop. The buyer is required to check, in the presence of the employee of La Poste or the delivery person, the condition of the packaging of the goods and their content on delivery. In the event of damage during transport, any protest must be made to the carrier within three days of delivery.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
In accordance with the Consumer Code, orders placed on our Eden Shop site can be returned within 14 calendar days of receipt of the order at your relay point. After this 14-day period, Eden Shop will not be able to process the return.
You can exercise your right of withdrawal by contacting us by e-mail at the addressedenshopsxm@gmail.com, mentioning your order number.
Upon receipt of your request, we will send you a form to attach inside your return. You will then be able to choose between an exchange or a credit note on our site, valid for 2 months from the date of issue.
Packages must be dropped off ONLY at the relay point where you picked up your order. Once your package has been dropped off, a receipt will be provided to you as proof of receipt.
Any return that does not include the duly completed withdrawal form, as well as its proof of purchase, cannot be processed.
For your return to be processed:

Items on sale, on promotion or subject to destocking cannot be returned.

Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused and with their original labels.

If the original packaging is too damaged, the customer can use their own reinforced packaging.

Degraded articles or products (used/worn, damaged, stained, torn, commercial labels or cut composition labels, etc.) will not be taken back or reimbursed under any circumstances.

Articles qualified as "hygiene, sanitary or intimate, etc." are not taken up.
In the event of non-compliance with these instructions, the product returned to the drop-off address will be considered as non-compliant with our return policy and will not be processed.
